GUIDELINES FOR BOARDING WITH US:
- Bring your dog’s food but not their bowls unless you use Slow Feeders or Interactive Toys for feeding.
- Bring treats for your dogs. We use a lot of treats for their cooperation coming inside, going potty and going into their kennels, etc.
- Please let us know if you DON’T want us sharing your dog’s treats with the other dogs.
- Please DON’T bring toys or chews if you don’t want your dogs to share thems with the other doggies!
- Only bring a toy if you don’t expect it back. We cannot guarantee the survival of toys when dogs are playing!
- Optional: Bring whatever your dogs use in their keenel at home to be comfortable. Example: beds & blankets.
- Tip: If it is going to be your dog’s 1st boarding with us, please bring an old clothing item that you have worn for at least a week so it smells like you. It will give your dog comfort overnight.
- Half of the payment is required on drop off & the rest is required on pick up. We take cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, & Facebook Messenger Pay (Meta Pay).
- For dogs who excessively mark and/or go potty inside, $5 per day will be added to the bill. Thanks!
- We provide photo and video updates through a group chat with all parties involved, keeping you connected to your pets’s daily activities. Photos sent via Text Message, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp & Instagram. For videos we recommend Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp. Videos sent via Text Message get compressed so they lose their quality and Instagram doesn’t let you send a video longer that 1 minute.

- To ensure your dog’s safety, we require up-to-date vaccination records on veterinarian office letterhead showing:
-Bordetella (due date and/or expiration date)
-Rabies (plus its certificate with expiration date)
-Parvovirus (due date and/or expiration date)
-Distemper (due date and/or expiration date)
“DHPP vaccine” & “DAAP vaccine” both include Parvo & Distemper. Both are acceptable.
